How soon should I contact you before my event?

We would love to hear from you as soon as you know you will be having an event. Our services can be beneficial to you from the very beginning, or we can coordinate your day-of activities. Our calendar does fill up quickly, so we want to confirm your date as soon as we can!

how many events do you coordinate at one time?

In order to give each client the time and attention they deserve and to ensure each event is picturesque and memorable, we only execute one event per day. We are, however, planning and working with several clients at the same time throughout the year.

do you coordinate destination weddings?

Traveling with you or coordinating from afar, we are here to take the stress off you, wherever you will be saying “I Do”.

Do you have preferred vendors?

We have a list of recommended vendors and venues, but we welcome collaboration with any vendors who will join us in making your celebration perfect.
